Discord

Scheduled events are now here for you later. Let people know ahead of time about raid night, study group, and that holiday party. Because they have no reason to not show up if you gave them two weeks’ notice, it’s displayed directly in your server, and they said they’d totally be there…right?

Discord Status

This incident has been resolved. If you have issues connecting to the same channel you can connect to voice in a different guild or channel or restart your client to resolve the issue.

We have applied a fix for the issue and new voice connections to large guilds are again successful.

We are applying an additional fix for users that previously ran into the issue who will have problems attempting a connection to the same guild ID and channel ID.

How an app for gamers went mainstream – The Atlantic

Parents’ Ultimate Guide to Discord | Common Sense Media

Is Discord safe for 11-year-olds?
Discord requires that users be at least 13 years old, although they do not verify users’ age upon sign-up. … Because it’s all user-generated, there’s plenty of inappropriate content, like swearing and graphic language and images (though it’s entirely possible to belong to a group that forbids these).
