With the entry of the new TV soundbar market, Sony has taken the wraps off of its new line of media players called the Sony TV Soundbar. As compared to other brands, Sony seems like a step up from its competitors. But is the Sony Soundbar right for you? Here’s a quick look at the features offered on this new Sony TV soundbar.
Extras & Extra Features
The sony tv soundbar comes with two other interesting features that aren’t common to other televisions. First, there’s HDMI output compatibility, allowing it to be used with other HDTVs. Most TVs will only output a standard definition signal, so an HDMI connection makes sense.
Other HDTVs won’t output a standard definition signal due to technical limitations. This makes the Sony TV soundbar perfect for those who want to watch high-definition video on regular television. There’s also an HDMI output connection, but it’s not active on most sets. Instead, it’s connected via the USB connector that comes with the set. This connection makes the television a little more versatile since you can hook it up to other devices, including home theater systems.
In addition to being a high definition player, the sony tv soundbar offers connections to other electronics like home theaters and media players. This is done using an Amazon Firewire port which gives it connectivity to the widest range of media players available on the market. The Amazon Firewire port is one of the best soundbars available, so if you have a Firewire-enabled receiver or surround sound speakers, this is the best soundbar for your entertainment system.
Many of the best-sounding speakers and headphones are housed in a completely separate enclosure. This makes them much more powerful sounding and makes for a much more dynamic listening experience. The Sony tvs soundbar is no different. The speakers are placed in a custom-designed enclosure so they’re going to provide clear crisp sound and maximum dynamic range.
The Bose soundbar 700 is one of the best soundbars on the market. I’ve been testing many televisions and the Sony TVs are definitely at the top of the list. The Bose Soundbar has several great features including a subwoofer for extra deep bass, a built-in media player, and a touch-pad that makes it easy to use the television. There isn’t much to say about the sound quality of the Sony TV soundbar other than it makes great music and movies. It’s not true that most surround soundbars are of poor sound quality, but the Sony TV soundbar definitely lives up to its claim of great sound quality. I always recommend using the surround sound feature when watching any type of media. The sound quality is fantastic, especially when watching movies and listening to music.
This is a pretty tough decision because I like the look of the Sony TV soundbar. I think the black design with silver and white buttons is just about the coolest looking of the bunch. I would have to say though that my favorite out of all the designs is the red one. I’m a huge fan of red and have it on all of my DVDs and televisions.
Sony TV soundbar produces clear sounds so you can understand exactly what you’re hearing. There is nothing that beats the crisp sound output of the soundbar when watching movies or listening to music and it’s just about the most perfect sound output for your TV out there. There is also an additional subwoofer that comes as part of the package but I don’t really take advantage of it since I already love the looks of my soundbar.
I’m going to be totally honest and say that the audio quality of the Sony TV soundbar is not something that is incredibly amazing, but it isn’t something that isn’t impressive either. The sound is clear and crisp, and it has the range and power of many high-end television soundbars. In terms of sound effects, the sound is nothing spectacular, but it does what soundbars should do, which is to give you an audio experience that is truly movie-like and real-life-like.
Voice Enhancement Soundbar
One feature that really makes the Sony TV soundbar stand out is the voice enhancement soundbar. The voice enhancement soundbar lets you add extra help to your TV viewing experience. If you watch a lot of movies on your Sony TVs, then the voice enhancement soundbar can definitely come in handy because it allows you to get rid of noises and background sounds that are distracting to the best viewing experience. It’s definitely a great addition to have.

The 4 Best Sony Soundbars of 2021: Reviews – RTINGS.com
The Sony HT-ST5000 is the best Sony soundbar we’ve tested. This 7.1.2 setup offers a well-rounded performance using only a soundbar and subwoofer. It has a good stereo frequency response that can reproduce voices and lead instruments well. It can also produce a thumpy, rumbly bass that’s well-suited for action flicks or EDM tracks. That said, it comes with EQ presets so you can adjust its sound profile. If you’re a big movie buff, it supports Dolby Atmos, and it has a variety of inputs like three Full HDMI In ports that make it easy to use the bar as a hub between your TV and other devices like a Blu-ray player. It also supports a lot of audio formats like eARC, and you can pass through 4k content. You can even stream your favorite audio to the bar using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or Chromecast built-in.
